Thank you for shopping our My Beach Ready Life product range. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order on www.beachready.com.au, you agree to the terms below.
Nothing in this Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within:
- 1–2 business days for standard orders
- 2–4 business days during peak periods, launches, or promotional events
Tracking information will be emailed to you within 24 hours of dispatch.
Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.
2. Domestic Shipping Within Australia
Shipping Rates
- Free Standard Shipping for orders over $150 AUD
- Flat Rate $10 AUD for orders under $150 AUD
Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (metro areas); longer for regional/rural areas
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (may appear as an upgrade option at checkout)
All domestic orders are shipped using Australia Post or another reputable courier, with full tracking.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or high-volume periods.
3. International Shipping Services
We ship internationally using Australia Post International Standard and Australia Post International Express where available.
1. Australia Post International Standard
- Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
- Includes full tracking
- Flat rate applies
- Delivery times vary by destination and do not include customs processing delays
2. Australia Post International Express (where offered)
- Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days
- Full door-to-door tracking
- Flat rate applies
- Availability varies depending on destination country
Delivery estimates do not include customs clearance delays, which are outside our control.
4. International Taxes & Customs Charges
International customers may be required to pay:
- Sales tax
- Import duties
- Customs processing fees
- Local government handling charges
These fees:
- Are not included in product prices or shipping rates
- Are the sole responsibility of the customer
- Must be paid before your package will be released for delivery
If you refuse to pay customs charges or decline delivery:
- You are responsible for all return shipping fees, duties, and taxes
- No refunds will be issued for refused, unclaimed, or abandoned shipments
- A credit note may be issued at our discretion, minus applicable costs
5. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
If you have not received your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact hello@beachready.com.au for assistance.
6. Change of Address
If you request a change of address directly with the courier (Australia Post):
- We cannot guarantee the change will be applied
- We accept no responsibility for misdelivered or lost parcels resulting from third-party address changes
All change-of-address requests must be made directly with Beach Ready Pty Ltd prior to dispatch.
7. Return-to-Sender Policy
If your parcel is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Non-collection at a pickup point
Then:
- A $15 AUD re-delivery fee applies
- Refunds are not available for uncollected or return-to-sender parcels
- A credit note may be issued at our discretion, minus original shipping costs
8. Missing, Lost, or Stolen Parcels
Missing Parcels
If your parcel appears delayed or missing:
- Review the tracking link provided
- Contact the courier directly for updates
- Email us at hello@beachready.com.au with:
- Full name
- Order number
- Tracking number
- Description of the issue
Courier investigations may take up to 10 business days.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
Beach Ready Pty Ltd is not responsible for:
- Parcels stolen after delivery (porch/mailbox theft)
- Parcels delayed due to customs, weather, or courier issues
- Parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
We will assist with courier investigations, but replacements or refunds cannot be issued for circumstances outside our control.
9. Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the parcel and product
- Contact hello@beachready.com.au within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number
We will review the issue and provide next steps in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
10. Split Shipments
To ensure faster delivery, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels.
If so, each parcel will have its own tracking number.
11. Public Holidays
Shipping, processing, and courier operations do not occur on weekends or national public holidays.
Delivery estimates apply to business days only.
