Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your My Beach Ready Life products. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare, we maintain a strict returns and refund policy consistent with industry standards and Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Please read the following information carefully before making a purchase.
Nothing in this Policy limits your rights under the ACL.
1. Incorrect or Faulty Products
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@beachready.com.au.
Include the following so we can assist promptly:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product, packaging, and any damage
We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement and provide instructions accordingly.
Important:
- Products must be returned in their original, unused, and unopened condition unless the fault relates to manufacturing.
- No refund or replacement can be provided for products that have been opened or used unless required under the ACL.
- Beach Ready Pty Ltd does not take responsibility for the cost of returning products unless the item is confirmed as faulty.
2. Returns for Change of Mind
Due to hygiene regulations and the nature of personal skincare products:
We do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind.
This includes dissatisfaction with results, as every individual's skin is unique and results may vary.
This policy is final and applies to all customers and orders.
3. Credit Notes Only (If Return Approved)
In the rare case that we approve a return (such as a non-skincare accessory or exceptional circumstance), the following applies:
- A credit note will be issued for the value of the item(s) returned
- No refunds will be issued
- A credit note can be used toward future purchases on www.beachready.com.au
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty under the ACL
Refunds to the original payment method are not provided, except where required by law.
4. Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, please contact us at hello@beachready.com.au within 7 days of delivery.
Include your:
- Order number
- Description of the missing item
- Photo of the parcel and packaging slip
We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Opened or used My Beach Ready Life products
- Products removed from original packaging
- Items marked as final sale
- Promotional gifts or sample items
- Gift cards
6. Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is confirmed as faulty.
- We recommend using a tracked service for all returns; we are not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels.
7. Order Errors & Address Issues
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure shipping details are correct.
We are not liable for:
- Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
- Parcels not collected from postal services
- Parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection:
- A re-shipping fee will apply if you would like it resent; or
- We may issue a credit note minus the original shipping fee
8. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
You are entitled to a replacement or refund under the ACL if a product:
- Is faulty or defective,
- Is unsafe,
- Does not match the description provided, or
- Fails to perform as promised
This Policy does not exclude or replace any rights you have under the ACL.
9. Abuse of Returns Policy
Beach Ready Pty Ltd reserves the right to:
- Decline returns that do not meet policy requirements
- Limit service to customers who repeatedly submit claims inconsistent with expected product use
- Refuse future orders in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or policy abuse
This aligns with our Right to Refuse Sale clause in our Terms of Service.
